RHS Awards Ceremony Recap

The USC Institute for Genetic Medicine Art Gallery (IGM AG) and the LA/Nagoya Sister Cities Affiliation (LANSCA) co-hosted a ceremony on Saturday, April 28, 2012 to mark the conclusion of their Sakura Centennial projects, and the launch of an art exhibit scheduled to go to Nagoya, Japan, featuring the work of students from Ms. Keiko Miya's  Roosevelt High School Japanese Language and Culture classes.  The event, hosted at the USC Institute for Genetic Medicine Art Gallery began with a mixer.  LANSCA Board Members introduced community, industry and school leaders and their joint mission for local to global community capacity building and citizen diplomacy through the arts and health care.
